Here's a list of what I have so far. What else would you add? Do you think I have enough? We're expecting a big baby, but of course there is no way to know for sure...
14 KL0s
12 GMD Orange
24 GMD Yellow
3 Thirsties Duo Wraps -- size 1
2 NB Prowraps
3 Snappis
Re: NB stash -- is this enough?
I think you'll want more newborn diapers. They fly though them, so you want 24-30. Normally, I'd recommend more KL0s, but if you are expecting a big baby, I would get more orange pfs. The yellows will be too big for a newborn, even a large one.
Other than that, your stash looks great!
That almost seems like too much to me, but I had to do newborn diaper laundry every 1.5 days or they couldn't get clean enough (the load was too big). If anything, I would want a few more covers, but that's also because I hated Prowraps. You might throw in another Thirsties or two (or another brand - I like Bummis, too) because either way babies will outgrow the Prowraps quickly.
ETA: For what it's worth, Harris was just under 8# and outgrew the orange edge prefolds by 3 weeks. I think we were really cutting back on them by 2 weeks because they were just hard to get closed. We have periwinkle edges, though, which are a WONDERFUL size and fall in between orange and yellow. We used those for much longer, but unfortunately they are discontinued now.
But with that number of KL0s I'd say you'll be fine even if you have to pack up the orange edges early. The yellow edges would work but they'd be pretty bulky on a newborn. If oranges get too small the KL0s would be good for when you need a trim diaper and the yellows could be used when it doesn't matter (nights, days sleeping at home, etc.).
Looks okay to me if you're doing laundry every second day or every day and a half. I have way too many diapers and never get through them all bc I'm washing for two so washing frequently.
I might pick up another dozen oranges or have the yellows ready to go as back up.
