Balding baby

My son is losing his hair bad...check that, lost his hair in like a ring around the middle of his head from ear to ear.  And much thinner all over.  I am sure it has a lot to do with the fact that he sleeps on a wedge, velcroed down so he is always in the same position.  I know this is normal but when does it grow back?  He had the best full head of dark hair at birth and I am so sad to see it gone.  I never lost my hair so he must have got it from dad Wink

    I PROMISE it will grow back!  Jacob started losing his hair around 3-4 months and then around 6 months it started to grow back.  Now, he's got a THICK head of hair.  He's already had a hair cut and desperately needs another one!

    Mine are losing their hair too, and it makes me so sad!

    After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

    mine just started losing hair in patches this last week! :( i know it's normal but i was hoping she would be one of those babies that didn't!

    Normal-- it will grow back! James lost his and looked a lot like James Taylor for a while-- bald on top, a little fringe around the bottom of his head. He wore a lot of hats till it grew back.

     And this.  I loved his full head of hair and I had a lot of hair that I didn't lose so I was hoping he wouldn't!  Boo!  And thanks for the pep talk Allison.  I hope he starts getting it back by 6 months.  Look at his before and after. So sad!! haha

    My DS was the same. He spent his first summer looking like Friar Tuck or my FIL, bald on top with fringe around the sides. By 6 months, just in time for Christmas pictures it had grown back in. Just think of all the cute hats you can get for him, I recommend the bucket ones for Old Navy or the Gap.

    My LO has a mohawk because she has lot all hair other then the top.

    Haha...guess it happens more often than not. My mother got him a cute Disney bucket hat and a scali cap.  So cute!
