Thanks for your response to my post below. Can I ask how many employees you support and how many hours you work?
I ask because the president is thinking that 16 hours a week will be enough to support 45 people but I don't think so. I am prepared to adjust my hours up to around 30. As I said they haven't had true HR support before so I don't think they have any idea what they need. But I intend to tell them. 
My twins are 5! My baby is 3!

I have 60 employees. I work between 15-20 hours a week. However, I have an on-call trainer so I don't have to do any training (the one part I really miss from my last job) and accounting processes payroll, so if you're doing those duties it may be a different story.
