Hi ladies! I've been lurking just about every night, but unless I have a  holy-shiiiiiite-balls-I'm-having-a-baby-soon moment and need to ask a specific question, I've been rather silent.

I'm definitely falling into the nesting/avoiding people mode. My last day of work is Thursday, though! Woo hoo! DH and I actually took off tomorrow to meet the pedi, so I technically have only one day of work left for the week. And damn, do I need it. I'm afraid the stress of trying to finalize grades/my classroom/other obligations before my mat. leave will put me into early labor and I won't get any break!

And I don't have my bag packed or the carseat installed yet! Augh! 

Yeah, I'm in freak-out mode a little.

It's going to be OK as long as you take it easy!  As someone who had NOT packed prior to going to the hospital ASAP it's not the end of the world - you might get there with 9 pair of socks and no pants, but compared to what you come home with it's ok.

Hellz yeah I'm taking the rest of the school year off! I offered to go back a few days at the end of the school year so my salary wouldn't get cut (hard to explain), but DH said, "No. You're not gonna feel like going back." He knows me so well.
