Deviled Eggs

Oh man, I love Deviled Eggs. But I feel like I make them differently from most people.  What do you put in your filling?

I use:

Yolks

Mayo

Lemon Juice

Onion (very fine)

Fresh Parsley (very finely chopped)

Mustard powder

Paprika

Garlic powder (only a little bit)

  • I think they are very regional, and very family oriented - your favorite eggs will be the ones your grandma or mom made.

I only use mayo, mustard, and paprika. If I have it, I use honey mustard for a little sweetness.

And now I want deviled eggs. nice.

I'll bet that makes them pretty! Does it change the flavor?

  • Not too much but it makes them pinkish.

  • Yolk, real mayo, salt, onion (been through the food processor), and paprika on top. My BIL is allergic to pickles, or I would use relish more often.
