I just got back. They saw the sac but no baby

But they said that might be ok. The sac measured the correct size, so that's good. She also said the bleeding is definitely from the cervix and not the uterus, so that's good, too. They did a blood test, and I'll go back for another blood test on Thursday, then they'll call me Friday to let me know if it's a miscarriage or not

Thanks for the continued prayers.

That sounds positive!
With my history of m/c's, I went in for a very early u/s w/ #2 and they saw nothing but the sac. Then I went in again and they saw a fetal pole and then finally they saw a baby on my third u/s.
I will keep thinking of you and say a prayer for you.
T&P for you and that little one!!
