Which hospital did you deliver at?  I remember you having all of those problems and was just curious after reading about your OB.  Was it St. Vincents?

Yep, I delivered at St. Vincent's.  With the exception of one administrative type lady who REALLY pissed me off, we loved everyone we met there.  My disclaimer is that the staph infection I got could have happened anywhere...I think it was just one more thing in a series of unfortunate events for us.

We're also using a pedi at St. Vincent's so we go back by L&D and the NICU every time we're there :-)

I was just wondering.  We also had a great experience with St. Vincents.  For some reason, I always thought you delivered somewhere else, but once I read your post below, I started thinking it must have been at St. V.

Not only do I love my OB, I can honestly say that every single nurse that I had during my stay was amazing.

Yes, the L&D nurses were fantastic!  I had several who would bring me DVDs and books and others who would come visit after their shift was over just to chat.  In addition to the fantastic NICU, the nurses made me very glad I was at St. Vincent's.
