name this rash

ronnie has had tiny little bumps all over his torso and some of his arms for the past week or so..he has had this before a little bit, but not constantly like now. its not red, doesn't seem to itch or bother him at all. i changed his soap from j&j to dove sensitive, but there hasn't been a chage yet since i did that. we did start using all free and clear instead of dreft, but it didn't start until well after the change. 

im inclined to think its heat rash, because it really only starting getting bad since it has started getting warmer.  

do you think it's something that warrants a trip to the pedi? or can wait a month til his 2 year if he still has it by then?

DS gets the same rash whenever I use Purex or All free and clear.  The only detergent I can use is 7th generation free and clear or Tide free and clear.

huh! i didn't think the free and clear would bother him! darn he does have sensitive skin..i might try one of the others, thanks!
