This is too easy (re: Easter)

I called grandma and she goes to the 6 am sunrise service - um...that won't be happening BUT... we're going to still drive over there and she is going to fix lunch...And she is happy as can be!!!  we'll be back on the road by 12:30 - Avery can nap on the way home.  We'll be home around 2 - and we can still make swim lessons at 4!

 At 2 today, when she gets off of work,  I'm calling MIL and telling her we're dying easter eggs on Saturday and having dinner. 

Told DH if he wants his brother to come over, he can invite them.  He is totally good with all my plans  

 YAY!

Glad everything worked out for you guys.  Sounds like everyone will be enjoying Easter and you won't have to deal with unnecessary stress.

well I sort of spoke too soon.  Called MIL and told her the plan and she was too busy talking to herself instead of me on the phone... so I'm sure that once she realizes what happened she will be mad... whatever.  I told Robert this and he laughed so he's on board.

 

and SIL's dad's bday is Saturday - so darn, they can't come over for dinner...
