He was very nice. His nurse was a little impatient but otherwise nice. I explained the entire situation to him about what was going on and what I was told yesterday. He immediatly told me he DID NOT think my numbers were too high for where I was at. He said it was not a cause for concern. He asked me if he could take a look himself and of course I said go for it....
So he gets in there and looks around for what felt like forever. He said he would almost guarantee that it is not a ectopic pregnancy. He said the pseudosacs do exist but my sac looked like a normal intrauterine pregnancy. He even thought he saw the beginnings of a yolk sac. He agreed that I was way to early to make any assumptions and I should be happy that my numbers are going up very nicely. He also told me that of course it is too early to rule out a miscarriage but not to worry at this point.
He told me if I was "scared" anymore to give him a call. He said he did not mind doing another ultrasound himself. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. I am feeling much better. Score stands Bump Girls 1 RE 0

"When it comes to sleeping, whatever your baby does is normal. If one thing has damaged parents enjoyment of their babies, it's rigid expectations about how and when the baby should sleep." ~ James McKenna, Ph.D., Mother Baby Behavioral Sleep Center, University of Notre Dame
