Looking for CD resources...I'm clueless!

Hey Ladies- 

I'm interested in the possibility of using CD for LO, but have no idea where to start looking for information. Both DH and BIL were CD full time, and MIL loved it. She isn't much help, since that was so long ago...things have changed so much! I get confused because there are all these different kinds and some need covers and others don't, etc. Everyone I've talked to has told me to ask you ladies, since you're so knowledgeable about it. What are some good websites/resources for me to go to? What are the most important things for me to know?
