Dreamfield pasta. I eat as much as I want and most time test under 100. It taste like the real deal too. I can find it at my regular grocery store (Raley's),
I eat whole wheat pasta. 1 serving is 1 cup dry which I think comes out to about a cup and a half cooked. Its plenty when I ad meat and sauce to it. I always get good numbers after I eat it. I think it's 40 carbs per serving and I get 60 for dinner so it works out.
I eat the Barilla Whole Wheat pasta and I normally have a cup serving and my numbers are fine. I have found that you get more pasta if you eat the skinny long spaghetti noodles as compared to rotini or ziti (old weight watchers trick). I also make lasagna rolls with the Dreamfields lasagna noodles and I normally have 2 with a side salad and get great numbers.
I crave pasta too!! I have had great success with Dreamfields pasta. It comes in a black box. Its 13 on the glycemic index and its 5 grams of digestable carbs. I usually test between 100-115 when I eat it. I still have a cup (plus a cup of sauce) but I have had more than a cup before and I was still under 120.
