Carters bought Osh Kosh a couple years ago, I believe.  If you look at Carters' (or is it Carter's?) jeans, they are nearly identical to Osh Kosh and I've found them to hold up just as well.  Also...when you get coupons at one store there is typically one to the other store attached.
