I'm working on a grocery list so DH can go grocery shopping, but I feel like I'm running out of ideas. What's on your menu this week?

Last night was PW's lasagna and garlic bread.

Mon - Salmon pinwheels and lemon risotto.

Tue - Spring pea soup and homemade bread.

Wed - Leftover soup.

Thu - PW's butter chicken and rice.

Fri - We usually do pizza every Friday, but this week, we are doing beer battered cod and brussels sprouts. We are having pizza with friends on Sat. night instead.

I have chicken marinating in the fridge for tonight. I will broil it and then make some asparagus and maybe rice to go with it.

Tomorrow is string cheese manicotti. Cook manicotti noodles, slide a string cheese into each one, cover in meat sauce and bake it. I haven't made these before, but I thought it sounded like a fun thing for DS to help make. Salad and bread on the side.

I need to think of something for Wednesday that is quick because we eat in shifts on Wed nights. Maybe English muffin pizzas and fruit?

Thursday we will most likely eat out.

Friday we are going to may parent's house for Easter so hopefully we will get there in time for dinner.

I'm roasting two whole chickens today, so guess what we'll be eating for the rest of the week?

Tonight is the chicken with a salad, some roasted potatoes, and roasted carrots.

One night I want to make some chicken enchiladas. Otherwise, I have no idea about the rest of the week- but there's a high likelihood that it will incorporate leftover roast chicken, LOL! Probably some curried chicken salad at some point too...

Not sure about tonight. It will probably be something easy since I don't know what time I will be home. Eggs or pasta or grilled cheese.

I would like to make sweet and sour chicken for DH this week and maybe some honey glazed chicken legs one night. If it's nice, we might grill burgers one night.
