One just hit a few blocks from my house.  A few big line of nasty tornado producing storms are streaming across the piedmont.  Please be safe!!

My mom and little brother just got caught in one while driving back to their house.  My mom said it was the scariest experience she has ever had (more so that when she almost drowned in a whirlpool as a kid).  They are safe and sound now, just very shaken up, literally!

FYI, there was reportedly one about 10 minutes ago @ the speedway.

I dont like hearing about tornados in the least bit!! Back in 1989 a really bad one hit North Raleigh and my neighborhood was one of the worst hit with an elementary aged girl dying from her chimney falling on her!! Lots of extra prayers for a safe nite for everyone!!
