What to do with a graham cracker crust?

My mom gave me the job of filling one of those graham cracker pie crusts with a dessert for Easter. I'm going to look for some ideas but wondered if anyone has made anything really good.

Make up a banana cream pie!  Banana pudding, sliced bananas, and whipped cream topping.  Super easy and very yummy!

cheesecake or if you want to go really simple, just throw a pudding in there. there are instructions on the box for pie pudding.
