I was meeting a friend for lunch at Central Market south and saw a good bluebonnet patch, right about where 360 meets Lamar, on the grassy hill in front of the Pei Wei and old Trudy's. It was at the top of a steep-ish hill, but it looked to be an easier and safer place to get to than a lot of the others. You would probably be able to park in the restaurant parking lot and walk straight to it.
