We still keep in touch with Charlotte's foster family.  One part of that family has 6 children, some bio some adopted.  They've done both private adoption as well as foster to adopt.  Their private adoption of their daughter Graysie is an open adoption and her mom and bio-mom have started a blog to tell the story from each of their perspectives.
