nausea and hot flashes

I'm having a weird "off" day.  I've had a few hot flashes that made me weak and dizzy and I had to sit down.  Now I'm really nauseous and keep feeling like I have to go to the bathroom, but don't really have to go.  No contractions, but a little crampy in my back.  Anyone else feeling similar at this point?  I hope I don't end up miserable for 4 more weeks.

Im experiencing hot flashes as well! They seem to be really bad at night, no nausea tho, and I am experiencing contractions and back pain!

I've felt similar but without the dizziness, more like just uncomfortable with the nausea. I even woke up in the middle of the night feeling rather sick to my stomach, but it comes and goes.

I didn't really realize what the hot flashes were for awhile (just thought I was hot all the time and I'd been too active) but then today I happened to see myself in the mirror while I had one and realized how flushed and red I was and I was like, oh, so that must be what it is!

I feel those same symptoms, but my hot flashes don't make me feel weak or dizzy. But just in the last couple days I've been nauseous and tired and achey.

About 2 hours ago I had a ridiculous hot flash with dizziness also. I ate something and laid down and it passed. Make sure you are eating every 2 hours and especially getting the protein you need!

I've had this a few times throughout my pregnancy, but not very recently. Usually it just goes away after a few minutes and sometimes eating/drinking something sugary helps.
