if you are in the york, pa area

we are meeting the il's for an easter egg hunt tomorrow and i am trying to find us somewhere fun and kid friendly for lunch. any ideas???

Wow, I'm 15 minutes from York! I saw your post and was like, "oh, me me me!" ;-) Wait, have we spoken before about this area? Are you the person that, like a year ago, I recommended go for an overnight to 2nd St. in Harrisburg? If not, nevermind.

Anyway... kid friendly in York. Hm. Honestly, I don't think the restaurant scene in York is great. I guess my top choice would be Fuddruckers, which is where I've chosen to meet my SIL for lunch a few times with DD. There's arcade games, not that DD can play them anyway, but she likes to pretend to push the buttons and look at the lights. You've got all your typical chain restaurants up and down Rt. 30 - Fridays, Applebees, Chilis, Texas Roadhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Chipotle - I could go on. There's a few diners as well. I guess those are pretty kid friendly..? There is a Chuck E Cheese, but they seem to have such a bad rap lately... I've never taken DD. I wish I could  think of better suggestions. We don't get out to eat much these days... I'll page you if I think of something else!
