My kitty/baby gates arrived yesterday, and they're great! Both my cats can get through just fine. One is tall and skinny, and he has to stoop a little, and the other is short and fat, and she can get through without having to squeeze. I have it in a standard size doorway, and it is on the 3rd notch. Because of where the kitty door is, if you had to put it on the first notch, I think it would be partially blocked, so it may not work well for cats in a very narrow doorway. It's also easy to step over since it's 24" tall. I was worried it would be a pain, but I'm very happy with them.
