I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Melissa and my husband and I are new to TTC. I have been off birth control (Ortho Evra) since Feb 20 and started my withdrawal bleed on Feb 23 which was 4 days. Before going on BC I had regular 28-day cycles. My husband and I have been trying to conceive this month and I still haven't started my period. I started testing with OPK and believe I may have ovulated March 19-20. When would you POAS? I have taken a couple pregnancy tests already and they have been negative and know I am testing too early. Thanks for your advice!

It is possible to get a + OPK and not ovulate. (It has happened to me.) Even if you did ovulate it has only been 5-6 days! Way too early to be testing.
I would test on April 3rd and if you get a negative, test once a week until a + or AF.

Not that I'm adding anything terribly new here, but I'm pretty certain I O'd on the 20th also (maybe the 21st), so we're about at the same place. I expect AF on 4/3 or 4/4 based on my "normal" 28-day cycle. I did go back to a 28-day cycle after BCP.
I have ever intention this cycle of waiting until after I'm late to test. But, if I were going to "jump the gun," the earliest I'd 3/31, but I know I'd be setting myself up for a BFN. In your case, I'd wait it out since it's your first cycle of BC or test on 4/3.

A pregnancy test will be pretty reliable about 14 days after you think you ovulated. Some people will get positive pregnancy tests @ 9 or 10 days past ovulation, but if you don't want to waste any more tests testing on April 3rd should be pretty accurate.
My first cycle off birth control was 32 days, then a few were 27, then a random 30 day and now it seems to have settled back in around 27-28 days (which is what I was before birth control).
Re: New to Trying to Conceive
I would test until you would normally be late for your period. Don't be suprised if you cycles are irregular for a while since you just quit
