Hi there!  Your girls are adorable!!  Thank you for the PSA for 20% at REI.  I made sure to pull my REI mailer out of the "junk" mail.  I think I remember reading that the BOB does not fold very well for storage.  Despite this my DH really wants one for running.  How compact does the Bob collapse? 

On a side note...Are you a member of North County MoMs?  I had a trial membership but never joined/attended anything b/c ended up on bedrest at home & in the hospital for 4 months.  I'm in San Marcos & I have been meaning to look into a multiple group now that my girls are here.

thanks!  the fold-up is not tiny, that's for sure.  i have a combi twin sport, which folds up really small in comparison.  with the BOB, the wheels come off easily to make it a bit more compact.  for home storage, i'm thinking of keeping it on our patio, and making dh get rid of the ridiculously large grill we have.  poor dh. 

ah bedrest.  i also did my time... no fun.  and didn't join anything until they were 3mos.  just started going to meetings a couple months ago.  i joined the scripps memorial group because it's the biggest in the county.  i live in la mesa, and there are women from all over the county.  alot from no. county.  monthly meetings are in la jolla in UTC area.  lots of moms bring young babies.  trust me when i say there are moms willing to hold a baby for you.
