Recommendations for hand lotion?

With two sick girls this past weekend, I've been washing my hands what seems like hundreds of times a day...and now have extremely cracked and dry hands.  What do you use to keep your hands soft, with so much handwashing?  And how often do you apply it? TIA!

Adam's Aveeno Baby works for me. I got some super-duty Avon hand lotions for Paul very cheaply because his hands get horribly cracked in the winter, and that works, but I'm sure you want something a little faster than Avon.

Thanks for the suggestion!  I have got to find something that works well and works fast.  I'll give it a shot!

I like both the True Blue Spa hand lotions from BBW.  The one smells like oranges, and the other is unscented (and it really is unscented) and they both work well.  I put those on at night.  And when my hands are really bad, I use Vaseline Intesive Care hand lotion (pink bottle) after every time I wash my hands.
