NBR: Sephora returns?

I bought some make-up the other week but haven't gotten into it yet.  I liked it at the store, but some of the online reviews having me wonder if I should go back and try it out again before committing (which is no easy task with two little ones in tow...my son is a true boy and seems to hate make-up and clothes shopping).  Anyway, I forget what their return policy is - goes to show how long it's been since I bought cosmetics there.  You can return opened products, right?  Is there a time limit based on the date of your receipt?  Does it matter what the product is (like things with wands / applicators aren't returnable, but things in tubes are)?  Do you get full refund or store credit?  Thanks for any info...a google search turned up some conflicting answers.

I returned an opened skin care set to them - it made me break out after using it twice. They gave me store credit that I could use at any location or online. I had even bought the original product online and they had no problem doing an in-store return. I thought their customer service was very good.

Yes, you can return used product in-store.  Not sure if there is a time limit.

Yup, take it back, used or unused.  I always ask when I am buying something new (especially when they push the sale) to make sure that is still their policy.  And, that's what keeps me going back.
