Bleeding gums...

Did anyone's LO's gums bleed right before they cut a tooth? DD started screaming bloody murder and chewing on her hand and then I noticed bllod on her lower chin and hand. We looked in her mouth but couldnt figure out where it came from...

Hmm. It's definitely possible I suppose. Does she have any other teeth and maybe bit herself while she was chewing?
