What form of birth control are you using?

I exclusively breastfeed, and am curious what everyone else is using as birth control. I have my 6 week pp checkup next week and would like to have an idea of what I want to use before going in. I was on Yaz for 2 years, and really liked it, but know I can't take it while BFing. Tell me what you are taking, and how you like it. TIA

Condoms.... but we have only had sex twice...

Paragard.  Also safe for breastfeeding and without hormones completely.

We're using condoms until i'm done BFing....I didn't want to deal with any more hormonal moodswings, esp. when switching pills once done BFing.

I too exclusively breastfeed and my doc told me three options: condoms, the shot (depo) or a progesterone only pill that has to be taken at the same time every day (within one hour of time).  With that said, she did not recommend the shot b/c we plan to have another when DD gets around 1 yrs old....

My Dr gave me those three options plus IUDs (Mirena or Paragard).

Right now we are using the screaming 6 week old/terrible 2s BC method.  Just kidding.

We use condoms.  I will get an IUD again in August when I have my pap.  I EBF also and my OB  said basically he suggested the mini pill (which he said can have an effect on BM supply, and has a low rate of success) or the IUD.  We are going to wait a year and if we are really done DH is getting snipped.

I was on the pill and then the ring prior to pregnancy. Neither are an option now b/c I EBF. I couldn't decide what I wanted to do, so for now condoms it is.
