Obviously I have a very little one (just turned 2 months as you can tell by my ticker) but I was curious when/what classes you took with your LO.
I was thinking a music class might be the most appropriate first, but I also would like to try swimming, baby signs and/or a movement/gym activity eventually.
Thanks!

Re: When did you start classes with your LO?
I just started swimming lessons with my DS and he loves them. He was exactly 6 months when we started which is the minimum age requirement for that class.
Besides baby massage, it's the only class we have taken. For baby massage, he wasn't even 1 month old yet.....
I took DD to baby lapsit at the library (music and reading) when she was 2mo old and she was waaaaaaay too young for it. IMO, at this age, save your money and just do stuff at home, we played and still play music all the time. I started signing w/ DD around 6mo maybe? You can start anytime but if I remember correctly from the sign language for babies book, they don't really start retaining any of it till about 8mo old. (I only stuck w/ a few signs which wasn't a prob for us b/c DD is a talker and could tell us her needs/wants very early on). Most kids will start signing back sometime b/w 10-14mo old. Pools are not recommended for babies under 6mo old b/c of the chlorine.
Thanks!
Really wasn't planning on anything until after summer-- I just work for a local school system and want to go back part time. I am trying to figure out how much time to go back based on what I want to do with my LO.
