**hilarigh**

Just wondering if you heard anything about the belly bandit?  I am now really interested and would love to get one.  Let me know what you hear.  I am obviously huge right now, but my pre-pg waist was about 26 inches (hahaha, boy do I miss it!).  I am seriously wondering how a gigantic wrap is going to get me back to that.

  • In case you read this, I just called their 888 number and talked to someone.  She said to use my current measurement to size... but then asked my pre-pg size and told me to go one size smaller.  She suggested hospital compression wraps while at the hospital (like they would use for plastic surgery or something) and then get into the belly bandit ASAP.

  • I just got off the phone with the lady there and she said based on my pre pg size I'd be a small but I might not be able to get into that size initially, especially if I have a c-section bc of all the extra swelling. She then suggested I get a medium and a small but I'm thinking a compression wrap for a while until I get into the small size is a better idea.

  • Maybe we talked to the same lady!  I went with the small because I am feeling optimistic.

I am actually feeling pretty good as far as these things go.  I am able to do a lot, but I definitely get tired.  I just take it easy if I feel tired.  My sleep is iffy... but I'll take what I can get!  I am sure it will be worse once the babies arrive.

  • I'm feeling pretty good, relatively speaking. They took me off of bed rest since at this point they say the kids can come and be OK but I'm still chilling out for the most part. I just get so flippin tired if I do too much anyway.

A friend of mine with 5 year-old twins said at first she was bummed about her bed rest but looking back, it was the last time she really was able to rest. So I think your "take it while you can get it" attitude is spot on.
