GD - Anyone have a good log template?

I had my GD class this morning and now I need to start testing.  The log book that came with my meter is okay, but I'd like to have somewhere to write down everything I ate, exercise, etc.  I could make one in excel, but I wonder if anyone has a good template or knows of a good website with tracking logs.  TIA!

Re: GD - Anyone have a good log template?

  • I like the one my program uses, let me see if I can PM you with it.
  • Loading the player...
  • I keep track of my numbers in excel, but not the rest that you listed.  I wish I had done that from the beginning though.  Knowing if a meal kept me real low or borderline would have been helpful so that I could know if I could have a SF cookie afterwards--- or other stuff like that.
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • I don't have a template, but I kept track of everything in a Google spreadsheet. It was nice to have it in an online place, so I didn't have to be on my computer to use it.
  • I had a spreadsheet but I found it much easier to just carry a small journal that fits in my purse so I can write it all down with as much space as I need.
  • I get mine as free logbooks from walmart's pharmacy and I really like theirs because they have a small area for comments, and enough windows to write times and results for 3 meals, fasting and  bedtime numbers. I usually record stuff in comments like snacks, exercise, any stress or sickness I am experiencing.

I sent you a new PM b/c it wouldn't let me respond to the one you sent me.  Thanks!
