Re-eval meeting for Matthew and new eval meeting for Jon

Matthew will be re-evaluated because he will be of school age.  Our thought is either the 4 year old pre-school program or the full day kindergarden class the district offers for kids "at risk".  They are suggesting we add more PT time considering how week his ankles are.

 Jon will be tested as well.  The educational consultant gave the child study team member heck for not testing him sooner.  He's had a wasted year, in their opinion, where he could have been getting the help.
