Should I call the doctor? It actually feels like a burn a little bit, like touching sunburn. It is only on my left leg from ankle to knee and only on the outside of it. I am wondering if it might be an allergic reaction, but not sure how it could be just on that side?!

Hmm... sounds like an allergic reaction to me. I'd take an anti-histamine and call the doc just in case.

call them, rashes can mean things during pregnancy that they don't mean normally.

What's PUPP? I have a strange rash/discoloration on my hip area, started a few weeks ago and I keep forgetting to ask the Dr.
