just started using formula, so i have a few questions ![]()
tap, bottled or distilled (noticed this in the baby aisle)?
if you breastfed, how many days/weeks did it take to transition with formula? did you mix it together?
do you boil your formula water, microwave (i know it says not to, but just asking) or warm water from the tap?
thanks for the help! (feel free to add any other info you think i may need to know about formula....)

Re: what kind of water do you use?
Tip: the blender kicksass for mixing large batches of formula. For awhile, the blender was a permanent appliance on our counters. It sat next to the coffee pot
I would make about 24 oz at a time and keep in the fridge. Use it as needed and microwave it for about 20 seconds.
We used distilled water at first. Pedi always said it was ok to use tap, so eventually we switched to just tap.
We used warm water from the tap. We did not microwave.
I did not transition... BFing was not working with so we just started giving her formula.
