Abbreviations??

Where can I find a decoder for the abbreviations I see everywhere on this board?

I have figured out TTC means "trying to conceive" but what are:
DH
DD
DC
DS
CD
BFP
WAH
SAHM

etc... I figure there has to be some master list somewhere. I want to talk in cool letters too.
