weaning ?

so we are down to the last 2 feedings

i am pumping in the morning and feeding her at night. these need to end in the next 12 days, because i am going to be flying full time april 2nd.

how do i get rid of the last 2 feedings? just pump a little in the morning to relieve engorgement? seems like such a long stretch to go for these last 2.

i am so sad.

yes, I think I would just pump a little in the morning to relieve engorgement and start nursing for less and less time at night. I've also heard it helps suppress lactation if you wear a really tight sports bra all day/night.
