first overnight with CDs--UPDATE

I am a little nervous...this is our first overnight with the CDs.  I hope there are no leaks.  Keep your fingers crossed for me.Tongue Tied

UPDATE:   We used the organic insert overnight and we had no leaks.  Man that thing was heavy this morning (as his diaper usually is).  But, the sheets were totally dry and the insert worked like a charm.  This is definitely a positive for us with the cd-ing.

Re: first overnight with CDs--UPDATE

  • We still don't do overnights in CDs. We CD during the day and use a disposable at night. I am afraid of having her in a CD and sitting in that moisture for 12 hrs!

    Good luck.

Are you overnighting in a Flip?

  • Loading the player...
  • You can do it!  :)  It took us a bit of trial and error to get night time working for is, but it is totally doable.

  • I am overnighting in the Flip Organic Insert.  I read a lot of reviews and there were many positive reviews about how absorbent they were for overnight (as good if not better than doubling the stay-dry liners).  I'll let you all know how it went in the AM.  When our trial is over, I will give y'all my review on the Flip.

We had some Flip issues ourselves (with daytime use) but didn't have an organic insert. Hope it works for you! :)

I read on the EFF board that you hate, hate, hate the flips.  We haven't had an issue yet.  Different Strokes for Different folks--everyone is different--if we were all the same, the world would be bor-ingStick out tongue

I really wanted to like them, was eager to try them, but they just didn't work with Camy.

Glad they are working so well for you and you had a leak-free night! Smile

  • Yay!  That's awesome.
