Postpartum Depression

stupid ideas about my medication

I've been sick and haven't taken my wellbutrin for two days. I was thinking that I should try quitting it because its been 7 years and I wonder if it even works anymore. I have an appt with the psych doc next week, so i'm thinking he is going to change my meds anyway because of recent depressive episodes.

Now that I'm writing this out, I realize how silly it sounds.  I hate it when I start wanting to go off meds. This happens every few months. Do you ever go through this?

I used to take meds and didn't like some of the side effects so I can see why you would want to stop.  I went to therapy for years, plus made a lot of changes in my life.  I still get down at times but it's manageable.  If you really want to stop meds, I'd definitely wait to talk to your doc and do it slowly and with lots of support!  GL!
