DS had them the other night but it's only when he gets really, REALLY crying. If he just fusses, no tears but he's colic so when he really gets going and is inconsolable, he gets them. It's awful.

My DD had them when we took her home from the hospital. (4 days). My mom, who is a nurse, said that was the strangest thing she had seen and they were really early.
DD had her first tears last night and I cried with her. I was flushing her nostrils with saline and she was not happy. It was the hardest she has ever cried.
My DS has had tears for a few weeks now...like around 3 weeks I think was the first time I noticed. He busts those babies out when I try and give him a bath. Poor guy.
