I just don't want it to jinx us! Her room is upstairs and on the other side of the house from ours, so it's a hike to go from room to room for changings and such. I am afraid to move anything till I know she's in her room to stay, but at the same time I'm fantasizing about having that space back in our room like you said!
eh, I don't think it'll jinx anything. It'll be a good "onward and upward" move, somewhat literally.
We keep a card table in the living room-where we spend most of our day-with a changing pad, diapers and other necessities, so we don't have to trek across the house to their room. You could do something like that if you have the space where you spend most of your day with A.
And perhaps moving everything will give you cause to stick with the plan. She can't (well, she could, but you KWIM) stay with you forever, so might as well get it done now!
I agree with Joyco. All of Logan's stuff is in his room. We do have 2 changing stations...one in his room and one downstairs in the spare bedroom. We were using the changing table on the p-n-p for a long time, but I am too tall and it was hurting my back. So, we put a changing pad on the spare bed downstairs and have the diaps on a table next to it and it is great. We have 2 diaper pails--one up and one down.
Claim your space back!!! She'll never know.

Re: Would it be c0cky of me...
why is that cocky? it's her room, right? the boys always have had their stuff in their own room, even when they were sleeping in our room.
DO IT!!!
It'll be nice to have that space back, I'm sure.
