So MH and I just got back from visiting the boys in the NICU...on the way out, some hospital employee standing in the lobby goes to me, "False alarm, huh?" I looked at him all confused and he repeated what he said and was staring at my belly....realizing what he was getting at I just said, "No, I gave birth last week to twins."  Hard enough leaving the babies after each visit, now I need to listen to dumb sh*ts like that...I know I look pg still, and that's expected but I don't look THAT big, or so I thought - ha.

what an a--!.  I agree. People are so rude sometimes.  Filter people, filter.  I want to say that to people.  Use a filter on what you are even thinking about saying.

It's stressful enough being in a hospital, especially when your LOs are there.  I'm sorry.

That was totally inappropriate! I had a similar situation when my guys were in the NICU and I went home and cried for the rest of the day. Try to not let it get to you, and focus on your beautiful babies and getting them home soon. I'm so sorry you had to deal with that.....

Someone asked me when I was due at 3 weeks post partum when I went to Walgreens to buy diapers. It was a good thing that I was too sore to jump over the counter and grab his neck.
