Black stroller too hot??

DH and I have finally settled on the Uppababy Vista and now just need to pick a color. I'm not too fond of any of their colors but black, but do you think it'd be too hot in Arizona? It does have a large visor that would cover most of the stroller on a hot day:

It seems to me like the only parts that would get hot would be what looks like the metal? or is it plastic?

I think if the seat cloth part were black that it wouldn't be too bad.

Thanks! The frame is aluminum alloy, I don't know if that would get as hot as regular metal. Definitely something to look into ...
