Our current house is for sale b/c we just closed on a new one. We've had a few showings but not a lot. I'm still working on the paperwork to get it up on the MLS.
Anyway, just got a call from a realtor who showed it a couple weeks ago and his client would like to come by again on Saturday. I guess the husband's mom is in town (I'm not going to comment on that one). YAY!

Yay! Our condo is on the market, and we've had tons of first showings but no second
