Sorry I had to post and run!  I'm at my folks in upstate NY and have limited computer access...  I'm not sure how much more efficient.  I pumped between feedings at got 3 oz on one side.  When I pump to replace a feeding I get somewhere around 3-5 oz a side so to me it seemed a lot more efficient, but it's not an apples to apples compare either... too bad you can't try them out first!
