Smash cake?

Where can I get an inexpensive smash cake?  I went to Target and the smallest they can make is an 8" round.  I'm wanting something more like this:

(size, not fancy shmancy decorations)

Any recs?

    I think HEB made us a 5 or 6 inch round...definitely smaller than 8 inches, though.

    I made Daniel's.  I wanted a smallish cake, too, and I couldn't find one anywhere (wasn't willing to pay $$$ to a bakery for something destined for destruction).  I had a couple of small round Pyrex dishes, and I used those to bake two little cake layers.  Once I had it stacked, filled, and frosted, it turned out to be just what I had in mind.

    less than 10 bucks at randles you get a block shaves back (thinks abc black) with the colours flavour you want and ours had little bees.

    I think mine was 7 dollars :)

    Here's a picture of the one we used (I can't see the picture you posted at work). It was $4.95 at HEB. I called the night before and let them know the colors I wanted. It's 5 inches I think.

    When you buy a full size cake for bday #1 at HEB, they throw in the smash cake for free.

    Where are you getting your regular cake? The person that is making ours is making a smash cake to go on top of the regular cake (think like a top tier on a wedding cake, though no where near that large) that we can just take off for him for the smash cake.

    Taffy's making our cupcakes and smash cake for the party, but I need a smash cake for our mini session on Monday and didn't want to ask Taffy to drag out all her cake baking stuff for one lil' old smash cake.

    Steph--thanks for the info--that's exactly what I was wanting.  I'll call HEB tonight.
