Success after IF

How often do you change LO's crib sheet?

Obviously, not including if s/he got sick on it.  Just on a regular basis.

Re: How often do you change LO's crib sheet?

  • If she doesn't wet through overnight, I'll change it once a week when I change our sheets.

  • No often enough....poor Hannah!  I guess 1 -2 a month.  It's such a hassle to change because I use bumpers so I have to untie the whole bumper in order to get the mattress out and change the sheet.  She's only got sick on the sheets once (knock on wood) and she's never peed or had a poop explosion on the sheets either.  The only thing I ever notice is small wet spots where she drooled on the sheet.

Now I feel like I need to change it as soon as she gets up from her nap!

  • Once a week with our bedding.  Stepkids-every other week since they're here half of the time.

  • Don't ask!  Embarrassed I've only changed it 3 times in the past 10 months he has slept in his crib.   He has never (knock wood) gotten sick on it, blew out if his diaper in it or wet it.   Changing a crib sheet is a Pain in the a$$!  Once he starts sleeping in a regular bed, then I'll change his sheets once a week.

  • Probably about once a month. Bad Mommy, I know! But with bumpers those things are a pain to change!
  • rarely!  not even once/month!  but he doesn't take his weekday naps in there b/c he's at his babysitter's, and he only sleeps part of the night in there.

  • probably every other week or so.
  • Probably once a month. He doesn't really spit up on it or pee through anymore. If he does those then I change it right away. I know I am horrible, which remindes me I probably should change it today.

  • I usually change it every other week or so, as long as he hasn't peed through or anything.  Sometimes it probably goes a bit longer than that.  Although sometimes I'm changing it 3-4 times a week (when he's sick)!

  • Right now, I'm changing them about every third day because Elizabeth is drooling so much with her teething. She leaves wet spots and they dry stiff, which just seems uncomfortable!

But if she doesn't drool/wet/etc., once a week with our sheets.

After 20 months, 3 Clomid cycles and 4 IUI cycles, IVF #1 with ICSI = BFP!

  • When she was younger, I changed the sheet saver once every few days and the sheet once a week.  Now we don't use a sheet saver, so I change her sheet and wash her blanket and lovie every Saturday (when I wash our sheets).

  • Not enough! I do laundry during naps and he's always sleeping on it when I remember! I need to remember to take the sheet off and change it before the nap! I wash it maybe once every 2-3 weeks-- poor kid. Like the others, though, he never wets or even drools on it....

After 7 failed IUIs, IVF w/ ICSI worked!!

I am thankful every day for my miracle after infertility.

And thrilled to be pregnant again after FET!
