I'm thinking it doesn't...

I put her on her tummy with her arms in front of her so she could push herself up.  Then turned around to take a drink of my water, and when I turned back she was on her back!  I think her head must have flopped over to the side and the momentum carried her around.  She was not happy to be on her back.

I think it does! Will did something like that and then didn't roll again from tummy to back until ~6 months. But I still counted the first time
