they are 24 min late for their appointment... the 4 hour window period of time appointment....
this is the 3rd time we've had issue. last summer the guy was over a half hour late and my dh ran to the store (you know a half hour after the 4 hour window).. he said we weren't there and we had to reschedule (3wks later a different guy did the job)... this time (only scheduled b/c of a service plan), the guy comes, looks, sees he has to order parts and my husband asks when they will be back... the guy tells him he has to go order the parts at the truck... dh says, okay, I'll be right here... the guy goes to the truck, orders the parts and just leaves... doesn't give us any info... I get 3 packages and check in with the online help (the only good help out of the entire experience, b/c trust me, I called and complained after the 1st incident, sears could care less). get the appointment for today... 8-12 we've been stuck inside... waiting by the phone. cleaning and whatnot... now.... by the time I've finished typing this... it's 28min late. rrrrrr. we rent, it's the owner's service plan... we will NEVER buy from Sears. whatever happened to the good ol' USA company??? And it's not just repairs... their photo center is sleazy too. I refuse to try them again. I do not shop there.

They gave us a 9 hour window, and then had horrible customer service.

Heather McKeown Williams is very fed up with Sears at the moment, a technician came and pressed 2 buttons on the front of the dishwasher, told me he could find no problem and charged me 95.60 for the not even 5 min visit. I called customer Service to dispute the charge since I felt it could have been trouble shot over the phone last night when we called Sears and they said to call back tomorrow, Great!
