Anybody want to be our babysitter?

We need to find another babysitter.

The issue with DD is that she doesn't "do" strangers. I absolutely cannot leave her with somebody she does not know and is not comfortable with, but she is great with familiar faces. Heck, last week she got out of the car and walked in Taytee's house and started playing with Abby. I don't think she even realized I was gone.

So any other northie moms want to become our babysitter? She also does much better when there are other kids around and loves babies (although if you have an infant you might have to get used to her calling your DC "Baby Emily" because she is crazy in love with Taytee's family, lol).

I was thinking regular playdates for awhile to get her used to you, then just the occasional 2-3 hour or less sitting job. For example, while I go to yoga or the gym or next Wednesday I have an appt in the evening before DH gets home. That kind of thing. Possibly some weekend days as we get further into lake season and want some time out there without kids, and when I am completely swamped with work like right now.
