Hi, I am new to this board. I have an almost 5 year old and a 3 year old. We will be moving to Indianapolis this summer. I have only been to Indy a handful of times. We have been to the AMAZING children's museum, which will probably be our standard hang-out spot, but I would love to hear about what else is around.
Does Indianapolis offer park district classes? Does it have a nice public library?
Thanks so much for your help!
Vanessa
Re: Kid friendly things to do around Indianapolis?
Hi and welcome! There is the zoo, which is nice. I've never been to the parks in indy, but I'm pretty sure there are a lot of them and I would assume that there are some time of classes offered. There is a brand new huge public library downtown. I know that the Broad Ripple art place (can't think of the name) has classes, but I dont know if its for kids.
I live in Noblesville and there are at least 3 bounce house places that have open play so we go there a lot, as well as splash parks in the summer. I'm sure Indy would have stuff like this as well.
