I'm psyched about my psych appointment!

Hey there, 

I'm new to this board and I wanted to say hello. I had been doing great for 9-10 months regarding PPD, despite my background with clinical depression. However, this last couple of months has been very very hard. I need to change my meds and see a psychiatrist  (I have been on wellbutrin for 7 years and it doesn't seem to be working anymore). 

Anyway, I finally got an appt with a doc on March 25th, so I have hope that things will get better after that. Of course now that I have an appt my moods seem to be better, but I'm still going regardless.

I'm glad to hear that you have an appointment coming up soon!  I think that there must be some endorphin rush or something that goes with psychiatry appointments.  I tend to feel better knowing that real help is just around the corner!

I hope that your new doc is able to help and get you back on track.  Its hard to feel like crap when you know/remember what it feels like to feel good/normal!
